Corporate Office Building for M/s Ashok Leyland Ltd., Madras Occupying a 20,000 sqm area the 16-storeyed office building includes 12m deep, 3 level basements for car parking. The structural system comprises RCC columns spaced at 10m spacing in combination with RCC shear walls to carry lateral forces. The floor system consists of RCC flat slabs.

Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), Delhi Structural design consultancy for the CCRT Integrated School,Dwarka, Delhi,for the Ministry of Human Resources. The built-up area of 9000 sqm consists of 4 floors above ground in addition to a 4m deep basement in part of the area. The Centre houses School Buildings, Puppet Hall, Auditorium, Hostel and Staff Quarters. In collaboration with M/s Kanvinde Rai and Chowdhury. |
