250-room hotel and a commercial complex totalling a built-up area of 35,000sqm coming up at Salt Lake, Calcutta. Large dia bored cast-in-situ piles have been designed keeping in view the unsatisfactory sub-strata in the area. Building height constituting one basement and 8 floors above ground. Structural design consultancy for the prestigious institutional building built in approximately 8000sqm comprising Ground Floor, First Floor, part Second Floor, apart from Lift Machine Room, Water Tank and Stair mumty Slab above. Features of the building include a 300-seat Auditorium, Library, A.C. Plant Room, Conference and Seminar Rooms, Computer Centre and Offices.

The multi-crore Khalsa Memorial complex being constructed on a site of approximately 70 acres in Anandpur Sahib Punjab will house Exhibit Halls, Theatre, including Mechanical Areas, Libraries, Cafeteria, water Bodies, Swimming Pool, Temporary Exhibit structure, Pedestrian Bridges etc. Some buildings are provided with basements and most of the structures will be founded on Pile Foundations In association with M/s Moshe Safdie, Architect, Boston, USA, Ashok Dhawan, Architect, New Delhi.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., (DMRC) an autonomous body set up by the Government has taken up the challenging task of design, construction and commissioning a 195 km long city rail line and Seelampur is the first station building of the Rail Corridor. The structures consist of a station building and two parallel bridge structures to support two rail tracks. The length of the station building as well as the bridges in the current scope of work is approximately 200m. The total width of island platform plus adjacent bridge structures on either side, is about 22m. Both the island platform as well as the bridges are raised above the present ground by about 7m to 8m. There is likely to be a general filling of upto 3.0m over the site to make up the required plinth level. As per present contemplation, the station structure (Platform and Roof) is supported over the piers of the bridge structures, which are located at approximately 15m spacing. The maximum column loads are estimated to go up to 600 tons. In association with M/s Stein Mani Chowfla.
