  DMRC - Elevated Viaduct from Tis Hazari to Tri Nagar |
DMRC - Elevated Viaduct from Tis Hazari to Tri Nagar to Kohat to Rithala "Delhi Metro Rail Corporation" has undertaken to provide an eco-friendly, fast and safe mode of transportation, for the city of Delhi. The network comprises 11 km of underground tunnels and 44 kms of elevated and surface corridors. There will be 10 stations underground and 34 stations on or above ground covering a total distance of 198.5km. The date of commissioning is in the Year 2005. While the underground will run in the north- south direction, the surface and elevated corridor will span across the mid-riff of Delhi in the east-west direction. The box girder superstructure for almost the entire length of 4.0 km shall be constructed by precast segmental construction with epoxy glued joints. The prestressing cables will be internal to the concrete. The methodology of construction will be "span by span". Only one end prestressing of permanent cables is contemplated, the other end of the cable being pre-blocked. The standard spans c/c of piers have been kept as 26.6m.

GT Road Flyover |
The flyover is 110m long RCC slab rigid frame monolithic with elliptical piers and wall type abutment. The bridge flyover crosses G.T. Road at a skew of 70 degrees skew. The structure is supported on pile foundation. |

Steel Truss Water Pipe Line |
Steel Truss Water Pipe Line on New Bridge Across Hadakiya Creek Government of Gujarat has proposed laying of approx. 1.1 km long 1500 dia M.S.I pipe line through the Surajbari Creek for water supply project of Sardar Sarovar Canal. It comprises of 2 Mild Steel Pipe Lines of internal diameter 1500mm on both side of Hadakiya bridge. The pipe line will be supported on steel trusses along the bridge. These trusses will be supported on the concrete brackets from pier caps of the bridge. |
