Detailed design consultancy for a 1.5 km long flyover in the heart of Hyderabad's commercial and business centre, crossing 3 important junctions viz Rajiv Gandhi, Punjagutta and NFCL surmounting challenges posed by the need to shift services like drainage and water pipes, underground telephone lines and electrical posts. The flyover is connected by 2 ramps of 7.0m width as well as crash barriers of 0.5m at either side. The steepest gradient is 4%. The top of the flyover at Punjagutta and NFCL flyovers is approx 8m from the existing road level. The clearance provided for vehicular traffic under the flyover is 5.5m. Sufficiently wide service roads are also envisaged on either side of the flyover.
