Structural design consultancy for the prestigious 600 room hotel located in the heart of the bustling city of Bangkok for M/s Maxwin Builders, Thailand. The project includes a commercial complex on the same site with common recreation facilities, car parking and rooftop helipad. The building consists of 25 floors above ground in addition to 3 basements. Due to the treacherous subsurface conditions of waterlogged soft clay, bored castinsitu piles of upto 1.5 m dia and 60 m length have been provided. Prestressed (post tensioned) concrete slabs of only 230mm average thickness span across column grids of 8.2m * 9.7m with cantilevers upto 4.9m.

964-bedded hospital for the Government of Malaysia has all the facilities of a General Hospital including specialist departments. Separate helipad on the ground will be constructed to cater to emergency services. The basement houses 500 car parking bays and designed as flat slab 8m*8m connecting pile caps. Structural design consultancy for the 200-bedded hospital complex consisting of medical facilities like Ambulatory Care (for Out-patients), Diagnostics, Emergency Department, Operation Department, Intensive Care Unit, Intermediate Care, Administrative Services, Housing for Nursing Staff and Patient Wards for the Ministry of External Affairs and the Republic of Maldives. The complex is situated next to the sea, thereby attracting stringent provisions of severe exposure conditions. The structure consists of a basement and two stories above ground. The roofs were in structural steel provided with organic coated metallic cladding system. Dewatering next to the sea constituted a major construction activity. Structural design consultancy for the luxurious apartment building 25 stories above ground in addition to three basements. The building is located in the exclusive residential area along Soi Saladang.
