DMRC - PHASE-2 Elevated Viaducts, Underground Structures and Stations for Delhi Metro

Proof Consultancy for main cable-stayed bridge across Yamuna located at 600m downstream of the existing Wazirabad barrage with unique and innovative design. It has a single inclined pylon in steel (132m height) supporting 251m long span by parallel wire strand cable system. From stability considerations back stays are provided to transfer uplift load of nearly 7000t to the foundation below. Total width of deck is 35m for 8 lanes (with footpath at both end) with divided carriageway made of composite steel beam & precast RCC panels. Total length of bridge is 575m connecting Western & Eastern approaches at both ends. |

Bangalore Hosur Elevated Expressway Any other details like shape of piers, etc: Structural design consultancy for 9 km elevated viaduct along with multi-level interchange connecting Bangalore to Electronic City, using latest state-of-the-art technology of precast segmental glue matchcast construction and erected by overhead Launching girders without use of any ground supported staging, obviating traffic disturbances. The 4-lane superstructure will be supported on single row of piers constructed along existing median of NH-7. Single box girder to carry 2 up and 2 down (total 4) lanes of traffic. |

Extradosed Bridge at Moolchand Extradosed bridge is a part of elevated viaduct. Catering for dual tracks of Central Sectt – Badarpur line, New Delhi. Superstructure is precast segmentally constructed by cantilever construction technique supported by extradosed cable intermittently in single plane (in centre of two tracks). Superstructure cross-section is single cell box girder. |
